Ready to get started but still wondering about how it all works?

Phase 1 - Let's get to know each Other

If you're interested in working with us, book a free discovery call to see if we're the right fit for you. Once we sign a contract, you'll receive a few questionnaires and a welcome email with all the instructions you need to get started. If we're working on your social media, we'll schedule bi-weekly or monthly meetings to discuss our process and answer any questions you may have. If we're working on your website, the process will be similar.

Phase 2 - Crafting

At the end of every month, we will jump on a call to chat about reports and next month's content (social media, emails, blogs, etc). We believe in the power of honest and transparent communication, and we are always here to explain and support our clients. 

Phase 3 - Report and Repeat

Regarding Social Media, you can expect a comprehensive social media calendar for the upcoming month. This calendar will include relevant hashtags, content, and copy in a single document ready for your approval. Once you have approved the content, we will proceed with engagement, community management, and any other items that we have previously agreed upon.
